CLASSWORK AND HOMEWORK SUBMISSION FORM FOR 17 JUNE TO 27 JUNE

Good day Grade 5 Parents and Learners

Please note that going forward, all classwork and homework for Mathematics needs to be submitted via the following Google form below:

This link has been shared in the mathematics WhatsApp group (17th June) and pinned in the group’s description.

All classwork needs to be submitted before their next Mathematics lesson, so work can be marked and I can see what the learners need assistance with in their understanding before moving forward with any new work. This is also to hold your child accountable for practicing their mathematics.

If work is not submitted before the next lesson, parents will be messaged about work not submitted and this will be documented on their mark feedback form at the end of the term as well.

Below is the work that was given last week (dated) and that needed to be submitted by tomorrow, 24th June. Learners were given time in each class to complete the work and I gave them a session last week Friday to complete all the week’s classwork and submit before today’s lesson (23rd June). Only 3 learners have consistantly submitted everyday after they have completed their work. Those that have not submitted were given today’s lesson (23rd June) to complete and submit as well.

17/06 – Exercise 16.1 and 16.2 (pages 88 to 90)
18/06 – Exercise 16.3 and 38.1 (pages 91 and 194)
20/06 – Exercise 38.2 (page 195)

They were given another activity today which need to be done and submitted via the linked Google form by Wednesday (25th June).

23/06 – Exercise 38.3 and 38.4 (pages 196 to 197)

I trust that all is in order and that parents will assist me in keeping the learners accountable for their classwork, so I can assist with problem areas more efficiently.
