What Is The Exam Process?
Exams and assessments are conducted online. Tutors will provide a detailed timetable and outline the content to be covered for each subject during the assessment period. Students will need to have their webcams on throughout the exam for invigilation by the tutor, with additional adult supervision if required.
Students must write their answers and upload the completed exam paper within the specified time for the tutor to grade.
Do We Register Students With The Dept Of Education?
The parent or guardian is legally responsible for submitting the registration application to the provincial education department. This is typically done through the local district office or online application portal.
eLearn SA will assist with the preparation of documents, creating a suitable learning plan, and ensuring that the educational program aligns with South African curriculum requirements.
What Subjects Do We Offer?
We provide the same subjects as traditional schools, adhering to the guidelines set by the Department of Education for Grades R-9
Can Your Child Use A Mobile Phone?
For the best online learning experience, we recommend using a laptop. However, you can also access all our services on a cellphone or tablet. All devices must have a working camera and mic.
A secondary device, with a camera, will be required during exams.
What Documents Are Needed to Register?
To complete registration, please have the following ready for submission:
• Certified copy of previous Grade report
• Certified copy of birth Certificate or ID Document
• Certified copies of parents’ ID Documents
and Proof of Payment.
