IEDF Launches free education
The fact that online courses exists and is an essential tool, it’s really helped us with scaling and still The Informal Economy Development Forum (IEDF) is excited to announce the launch of it’s free education program for 50’000 small business owners, informal workers and employees.
IEDF has secure a collaboration with an industry leading online college; eLearnSA to host these online training sessions over the next 12 months, to the value of R10 million.
eLearnSA has multi-year experience in providing and hosting online study modules and is perfectly positioned to deliver these courses to informal economy workers.
We, are the IEDF, are making sure we are bridging the divide in this regard. Quality education increases opportunities for employment, and we are fighting unemployment which is threatening our woman, youth, people of disabilities, and the future of our country. We challenge government and corporate SA to join us in this fight by directing opportunities for training and investment for the inform economy.
